I use it for frying too as a end result of it's deep sufficient. The nonstick interior used to be simple to wash up and the pan felt excellent. I wouldn't mind buying this again or supply as a gift.

The measurement of the pan makes it an ideal mini-wok; it's 3" deep, 7" across the backside, and 9 3/4" across the top. The bottom is flat, which I assume is good if you want to saute onions, green peppers, and so forth. It has a transparent glass lid with a good measurement handle. After years of cooking on a fuel vary, I now to find myself cooking on one of those awful ceramic cooktops the place you by no implys know what the temp. is and things are likely to boil over.
