At first, I wasn't certain that I wished a cast iron griddle. They are HEAVY and now not dishwasher safe . . . so I tried just a few nonstick models first --top buck brands with high rankings.
I hated them. The nonstick surface used to be inferior. On a reversible griddle, the underside turned into sticky and tough to scrub.

Well, yes, it's. It's over 200 square inches of iron, other folkss. The weight is naturally marketed, so I'm having a hasslesome time understanding this complaint. The 2nd complaint some have is uneven heating. Lodge could restore that - all they have to do is make it thicker - and far heavier, and much more individuals can be sad about the weight.
